Old houses. Built back right.
Renovations, remodels and repairs across Central Texas, from a single room to the whole house.
What we do
We work on older homes, rentals, manufactured homes and fixer-uppers. We look at the house, tell you what it needs, and give you a straight price.
Whole-house renovation
Taking a tired or damaged house down to what's solid and bringing it back, start to finish.
Kitchens & baths
Cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures and layout changes.
Floors, walls & paint
Flooring, drywall repair and replacement, trim and interior and exterior paint.
Repairs
Rotten wood, water damage, doors and windows, decks, porches and the punch list that's been waiting for years.
Exteriors
Siding, trim, porches, steps and getting the outside to match the inside.
Make-readies
Turning rentals between tenants so they're clean, safe and ready to lease.
Got rentals? We turn them fast.
Every day a rental sits empty costs you money. We handle the make-ready between tenants so your unit gets back on the market quickly.
